New Menus in the House!

    The end of summer motivates most restaurants to change up a menu item or two, but Steamboat's bistro c.v. and Harwigs/L'Apogee have gone the extra mile with complete new menus for the winter season. Check out the details below.

    Serving Steamboat for over 25 years, Harwigs boasts a fresh new menu that, as always, focuses on using fresh, organic ingredients, with additions for the winter season including New Zealand Lamb with oyster mushrooms and Duck Breast with black-eyed-pea hash. When dining, be sure to ask your educated server on good wine pairings; Harwigs has a wine cellar devoted to wines from around the world. See their complete wine list here.

    bistro c.v., a newer Steamboat venue (2007), has become a locals' favorite with their "fresh, Rocky Mountain Cuisine." This season's menu boasts bacon wrapped rocky mountain lamb loin and potato-white truffle gnocchi. Like Harwigs, they too have a fabulous wine list, and you can view it and their complete menu here.
