We all know that Slopeside Grill is one of the coolest apres-spots on the mountain, with their famous Ice Bar, view of descending skiiers, and Pint Pass. But if you're looking to change it up now and then, try one of these alternatives:
Saddles at the Sheraton Resort: Right at the base of the ski area, this venue offers great mountain views as well, in a cozy inside setting. Apres ski specials run from 4-6:00pm and include half-price appetizers and pizzas, $2.50 Bud/Coors Drafts, $1 off wines by the glass, and $1 off Specialty Drinks.
The Truffle Pig: This new trendy spot in One Steamboat Place offers an outdoor fire pit and plenty of people-watching. Their daily happy hour runs from 2-5:30pm and offers $6 wine by the glass, $4 well drinks, $5 margaritas, and $2 PBRS. They also have a variety of cold and hot appetizers, which you can view here.
