Looking to explore different fitness options? Try the Community Classes for Mind Body Awareness Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Bud Werner Memorial Library.
With a different class each week designed for all fitness levels, from different styles of dance, to yoga, to pilates and martial arts, you are sure to find something new that you will enjoy. In this week's class, Christy Borden will teach strength and flexibility through yoga, Pilates and resistance stretching.
