If you are going to go to Bella Salon, make sure you do NOT set up an appointment with Jessica. I went there once to get my hair redied, and she completely screwed it up. I went in wanting a simple chocolate brown with some blond tints, and what I got was jet black hair. She assured me that it would wash out into a chocolate brown because it was only semi-permanent dye. Well, it has now been 2 months, and my hair color has not changed one bit, because she forgot to mention that she actually used permanent dye, instead of semi-permanent. I have done everything I can think of, I've even gone online and looked up ways to make hair dye fade out, and I have tried all of them, which I'm sure is just great for my hair. I have become so fed up with this hair and I hate it so much that I now have to go all the way to Denver to spen $300 to get the color removed by a REAL professional. If Jessica had known what she was doing in the first place, none of this would've happened. But unfortunately, she has no idea what she is doing when it comes to hair, and so I am warning you right now, save yourself the trouble and extra money that it will take to fix her mistake. Trust me to not trust Jessica with your hair, you'll regret it. I do give them one star though for the comfortable atmosphere in the salon, that somewhat helped me when my hair came out BLACK instead of the BROWN I had wanted.
